श्री॒णन्नुप॑ स्था॒द्दिवं॑ भुर॒ण्युः स्था॒तुश्च॒रथ॑म॒क्तून्व्यू॑र्णोत् ॥ श्रीणन्नुप स्थाद्दिवं भुरण्युः स्थातुश्चरथमक्तून्व्यूर्णोत् ॥
The bearer (of the oblations), Agni, mixing them (with other ingredients), ascends to heaven, and clothes all things, moveable and immoveable, and the nights themselves, (with light), radiant amongst the gods, and in himself alone comprehending the virtues of all these (substances).
english translation
परि॒ यदे॑षा॒मेको॒ विश्वे॑षां॒ भुव॑द्दे॒वो दे॒वानां॑ महि॒त्वा ॥ परि यदेषामेको विश्वेषां भुवद्देवो देवानां महित्वा ॥
He is the one who is the supreme controller of all the demigods. The Supreme Personality of Godhead, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, is the supreme controller of all the demigods.
english translation
आदित्ते॒ विश्वे॒ क्रतुं॑ जुषन्त॒ शुष्का॒द्यद्दे॑व जी॒वो जनि॑ष्ठाः ॥ आदित्ते विश्वे क्रतुं जुषन्त शुष्काद्यद्देव जीवो जनिष्ठाः ॥
When, divine Agni, you are born living from the dry wood, (by attrition), then all (your worshippers) perform the sacred ceremony, and obtain verily true divinity by praising you, who are immortal, with hymns that reach you.
english translation
भज॑न्त॒ विश्वे॑ देव॒त्वं नाम॑ ऋ॒तं सप॑न्तो अ॒मृत॒मेवै॑: ॥ भजन्त विश्वे देवत्वं नाम ऋतं सपन्तो अमृतमेवैः ॥
They worshiped the universal deity, whose name was Ṛta, and who dreamed of nectar. They worship the truth in the name of deity in the universe, and they dream of it as nectar.
english translation
ऋ॒तस्य॒ प्रेषा॑ ऋ॒तस्य॑ धी॒तिर्वि॒श्वायु॒र्विश्वे॒ अपां॑सि चक्रुः ॥ ऋतस्य प्रेषा ऋतस्य धीतिर्विश्वायुर्विश्वे अपांसि चक्रुः ॥
Praises are addressed to him who has repaired (to the solemnity); oblations (are offered) to him who has gone (to the sacrifice); in him is all sustenance, (and to him) have all (devout person ns) performed (the customary) rites. Do you, Agni, knowing (the thoughts of the worshipper), grant riches to him who presents to you oblations, or who wishes (to be able to present them).
