कायरूपसंयमात्तद्ग्राह्यशक्तिस्तम्भे चक्षुःप्रकाशासंप्रयोगेऽन्तर्धानम् ॥३-२१॥

When the Yogi performs Samyama on his own body then the connection between the eye and the light get obstructed of other person and due to this that person is not able to see the body of the Yogi consequently the body of a Yogi is invisible.

kAyarUpasaMyamAttadgrAhyazaktistambhe cakSuHprakAzAsaMprayoge'ntardhAnam ||3-21||

hk transliteration

सोपक्रमं निरुपक्रमं च कर्म तत्संयमादपरान्तज्ञानमरिष्टेभ्यो वा ॥३-२२॥

sanskrit

Karma is either sopakrama-with the advance of krama-sequential progression (fast in manifesting) or Nirupakrama-against the advance of krama (slow in manifesting). By Sanyama on those Karmas or inauspicious signs that give knowledge of death; the Yogi gets foreknowledge of death.

मैत्र्यादिषु बलानि ॥३-२३॥

By making Sanyama on Maitri (friendliness), Karuna (Compassion) etc. one can develops power in all these.

By practicing Sanyama on (Physical) strength, the strength ef elephants etc. can be acquired.

प्रवृत्त्यालोकन्यासात्सूक्ष्मव्यवहितविप्रकृष्टज्ञानम् ॥३-२५॥

sanskrit

By applying the effulgeant light of higher sense-perception (Jyotishmati) knowledge of subtle objects, or things obstructed from view, or laced at a great distance, can be acquired.
