प्रयोगवशगौ हस्तौ डोलापादं तदुच्यते । आक्षिप्तं हस्तपादं च त्रिकं चैव विवर्तयेत् ॥ १२१॥
Dolāpāda—the Kuñcita feet thrown up, and two hands swinging from side to side in a manner befitting the dance.

रेचितौ च तथा हस्तौ विवृत्ते करणे द्विजाः । सूचीविद्धं विधायाथ त्रिकं तु विनिवर्तयेत् ॥ १२२॥
Nivṛtta—hands and feet first thrown out, and the Trika to be turned round and the two hands to be Recita.

करौ च रेचितौ कार्यौ विनिवृत्ते द्विजोत्तमः । पार्श्वक्रान्तक्रमं कृत्वा पुरस्तादथ पातयेत् ॥ १२३॥
Vinivṛtta—observing the Sūcī Cārī, the Trika to be turned round and hands to be Recita.

Pārśvakrānta—observing the Parśvakrānta Cārī, throwing out hands towards the front, and moving them in a manner befitting the dance.

तिलके च करः स्थाप्यस्तन्निस्तम्भितमुच्यते । पृष्ठतो वलितं पादं शिरोघृष्टं प्रसारयेत् ॥ १२५॥
Niśumbhita—a foot bent towards the back, the chest raised high, and the hand held at the centre of the forehead (tilaka).
