तिलके च करः स्थाप्यस्तन्निस्तम्भितमुच्यते । पृष्ठतो वलितं पादं शिरोघृष्टं प्रसारयेत् ॥ १२५॥
Niśumbhita—a foot bent towards the back, the chest raised high, and the hand held at the centre of the forehead (tilaka).
english translation
tilake ca karaH sthApyastannistambhitamucyate । pRSThato valitaM pAdaM ziroghRSTaM prasArayet ॥ 125॥
