ततः परववृते युद्धं पृथिव्याम एकवीरयॊः रणमध्ये दवयॊर एव सुमहल लॊमहर्षणम ॥ ४-५४-१० ॥

'The clash that followed between those two unmatched heroes on the battlefield was so fierce that it made the hair of the onlookers stand on end.' ॥ 4-54-10 ॥

tataH paravavRte yuddhaM pRthivyAma ekavIrayòH raNamadhye davayòra eva sumahala lòmaharSaNama ॥ 4-54-10 ॥
