युद्धं समभवत तत्र सुसंरब्धं महात्मनॊः दरॊण पाण्डवयॊर घॊरं वृत्रवासवयॊर इव ॥ ४-५३-४० ॥
'The fierce and awe-inspiring clash between the illustrious Drona and the valiant Arjuna recalled the ancient encounter between Virata and the mighty Vasava.' ॥ 4-53-40 ॥
