शतं शतसहस्राणाम यत्र सथूणा हिरण्मयाः मणिरत्नमयाश चान्याः परासादम उपधारयन ॥ ४-५१-६ ॥
'Embellished with gems of every kind and capable of moving wherever the rider willed, the heavenly chariot of the lord of the celestials stood out vividly against the clear sky.' ॥ 4-51-6 ॥

zataM zatasahasrANAma yatra sathUNA hiraNmayAH maNiratnamayAza cAnyAH parAsAdama upadhArayana ॥ 4-51-6 ॥

'Its roof was upheld by a hundred thousand golden pillars, with a central one crafted entirely from precious jewels and gems.' ॥ 4-51-7 ॥
