न वैराण्य अभिजानन्ति गुणान पश्यन्ति नागुणान विरॊधं नाधिगच्छन्ति ये त उत्तमपूरुषाः ।। २-६५-६ ।।

sanskrit

'You are open to advice, but not Duryodhana. The best of men are those who do not remember the hostilities of their foes. They focus solely on the merits and not the faults of their enemies, and they avoid entering into hostilities themselves.' ।। 2-65-6 ।।

english translation

na vairANya abhijAnanti guNAna pazyanti nAguNAna viròdhaM nAdhigacchanti ye ta uttamapUruSAH || 2-65-6 ||
