मृष्यन्ते कुरवश चेमे मन्ये कालस्य पर्ययम सनुषां दुहितरं चैव कलिश्यमानाम अनर्हतीम ॥ २-६२-७ ॥
'Alas, these Kauravas, who should know better, allow their daughter-in-law—so undeserving of such treatment—to be afflicted in their presence. It seems that the times are indeed out of joint.' ॥ 2-62-7 ॥

mRSyante kuravaza ceme manye kAlasya paryayama sanuSAM duhitaraM caiva kalizyamAnAma anarhatIma ॥ 2-62-7 ॥
