अस्य पापस्य दुर्जातेर भारतापसदस्य च न पिबेयं बलाद वक्षॊ भित्त्वा चेद रुधिरं युधि ॥ २-६१-४६ ॥
'By sheer force, I shall tear open the chest of this wretched, evil-minded scoundrel from the Bharata lineage. If I do not then drink his lifeblood, let me be barred from attaining the abode of my forefathers.' ॥ 2-61-46 ॥
english translation
asya pApasya durjAtera bhAratApasadasya ca na pibeyaM balAda vakSò bhittvA ceda rudhiraM yudhi ॥ 2-61-46 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतस्य ते वचनं शरुत्वा सर्वलॊकप्रहर्षणम परचक्रुर बहुलां पूजां कुत्सन्तॊ धृतराष्ट्रजम ॥ २-६१-४७ ॥
'Vaisampayana continued: "Hearing Bhima's fearsome words, which sent shivers through the assembly, everyone present applauded him and condemned the son of Dhritarashtra."' ॥ 2-61-47 ॥

tasya te vacanaM zarutvA sarvalòkapraharSaNama paracakrura bahulAM pUjAM kutsantò dhRtarASTrajama ॥ 2-61-47 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयदा तु वाससां राशिः सभामध्ये समाचितः ततॊ दुःशासनः शरान्तॊ वरीडितः समुपाविशत ॥ २-६१-४८ ॥
'And when a mass of clothes had been gathered in that assembly, all dragged from the person of Draupadi, Dussasana, tired and ashamed, sat down.' ॥ 2-61-48 ॥

yadA tu vAsasAM rAziH sabhAmadhye samAcitaH tatò duHzAsanaH zarAntò varIDitaH samupAvizata ॥ 2-61-48 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptधिक शब्दस तु ततस तत्र समभूल लॊमहर्षणः सभ्यानां नरदेवानां दृष्ट्वा कुन्तीसुतांस तदा ॥ २-६१-४९ ॥
'And seeing the sons of Kunti in that wretched state, the noble, godlike men who were present in that assembly all cried out in disgust, condemning the son of Dhritarashtra.' ॥ 2-61-49 ॥

dhika zabdasa tu tatasa tatra samabhUla lòmaharSaNaH sabhyAnAM naradevAnAM dRSTvA kuntIsutAMsa tadA ॥ 2-61-49 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptन विब्रुवन्ति कौरव्याः परश्नम एतम इति सम ह सजनः करॊशति समात्र धृतराष्ट्रं विगर्हयन ॥ २-६१-५० ॥
'The collective outcry of the assembly was so intense that it made everyone shiver. The righteous members of the assembly lamented, 'Alas! The Kauravas do not answer the question posed by Draupadi.' United in their condemnation of Dhritarashtra, they raised a deafening clamor.' ॥ 2-61-50 ॥
