दयूते ऽदवितीयः शकुनिर नरेषु; कुन्तीसुतस तेन निसृष्टकामः न मन्यते तां निकृतिं महात्मा; तस्मान न ते परश्नम इमं बरवीमि ॥ २-६०-४२ ॥
'Shakuni has no equal among men in the game of dice. Yet, the son of Kunti willingly staked his wager against him. The illustrious Yudhishthira himself does not view Shakuni's play as deceitful. Therefore, I cannot resolve this matter.' ॥ 2-60-42 ॥
