'He will, without doubt, dissuade you from the proposed action. No man should commit to a task-based solely on another's counsel, for, O descendant of the Kurus, the minds of two individuals rarely align on a single course of action.' ।। 2-51-7 ।।
'Neither illness nor death waits for one's prosperity. Therefore, as long as one has life and health, one should strive to achieve one's goals without waiting for favorable conditions.' ।। 2-51-9 ।।
[ध] सर्वथा पुत्रबलिभिर विग्रहं ते न रॊचये वैरं विकारं सृजति तद वै शस्त्रम अनायसम ।। २-५१-१० ।।
