कलिन्नवस्त्रस्य च जले किं करा राजचॊदिताः ददुर वासांसि मे ऽनयानि तच च दुःखतरं मम ।। २-४६-३१ ।।
'That grieves my heart deeply. My clothes being wet, the menials, following the king’s orders, provided me with other garments, which was another source of sorrow.' ।। 2-46-31 ।।
परलम्भं च शृणुष्वान्यं गदतॊ मे नराधिप अद्वारेण विनिर्गच्छन दवारसंस्थान रूपिणा अभिहत्य शिलां भूयॊ ललाटेनास्मि विक्षतः ।। २-४६-३२ ।।
'O king, listen now to another misfortune I endured. As I attempted to pass through what seemed like a doorway but had no real passage, I struck my forehead against a stone and injured myself.' ।। 2-46-32 ।।
'Seeing from a distance that I had been struck on the head, the twins Nakula and Sahadeva came over, supported me with their arms, and expressed deep concern for my injury.' ।। 2-46-33 ।।
नामधेयानि रत्नानां पुरस्तान न शरुतानि मे यानि दृष्टानि मे तस्यां मनस तपति तच च मे ।। २-४६-३५ ।।
'Bhimasena, laughing heartily, said to me, 'O son of Dhritarashtra, this is the door!' O king, I had never even heard the names of those gems that I saw in that mansion. It is for these reasons that my heart is so pained.'' ।। 2-46-35 ।।
