दैवम एव परं मन्ये पौरुषं तु निरर्थकम दृष्ट्वा कुन्तीसुते शुभ्रां शरियं ताम आहृतां तथा ॥ २-४३-३२ ॥
'Observing the great and serene prosperity of the son of Kunti, I believe that Fate is supreme and all efforts are in vain.' ॥ 2-43-32 ॥
english translation
daivama eva paraM manye pauruSaM tu nirarthakama dRSTvA kuntIsute zubhrAM zariyaM tAma AhRtAM tathA ॥ 2-43-32 ॥
