विशेषवांश च सततं कषत्रियः शरियम अर्छति पुष्पवत्सु धरुवा शरीश च पुष्पवन्तस ततॊ वयम ॥ २-१९-४६ ॥
'This vow has many specific and general rules. A Kshatriya who observes this vow with particular rules always achieves prosperity. Therefore, we have adorned ourselves with flowers.' ॥ 2-19-46 ॥
english translation
vizeSavAMza ca satataM kaSatriyaH zariyama archati puSpavatsu dharuvA zarIza ca puSpavantasa tatò vayama ॥ 2-19-46 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकषत्रियॊ बाहुवीर्यस तु न तथा वाक्यवीर्यवान अप्रगल्भं वचस तस्य तस्माद बार्हद्रथे समृतम ॥ २-१९-४७ ॥
'O king, Kshatriyas demonstrate their valor through action rather than words. Therefore, speeches from a Kshatriya are never boastful, O descendant of Vrihadratha.' ॥ 2-19-47 ॥
english translation
kaSatriyò bAhuvIryasa tu na tathA vAkyavIryavAna apragalbhaM vacasa tasya tasmAda bArhadrathe samRtama ॥ 2-19-47 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसववीर्यं कषत्रियाणां च बाह्वॊर धाता नयवेशयत तद दिदृक्षसि चेद राजन दरष्टास्य अद्य न संशयः ॥ २-१९-४८ ॥
'The creator has imbued his own strength in the resolve of a Kshatriya. If you wish to witness it, you shall see it today.' ॥ 2-19-48 ॥
english translation
savavIryaM kaSatriyANAM ca bAhvòra dhAtA nayavezayata tada didRkSasi ceda rAjana daraSTAsya adya na saMzayaH ॥ 2-19-48 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअद्वारेण रिपॊर गेहं दवारेण सुहृदॊ गृहम परविशन्ति सदा सन्तॊ दवारं नॊ वर्जितं ततः ॥ २-१९-४९ ॥
'The creator has infused his own vigor into the purpose of the Kshatriya. If you wish to witness it, you shall surely see it today. These are the principles of our tradition: to enter an enemy's dwelling through the wrong gate and a friend's through the right one.' ॥ 2-19-49 ॥
english translation
advAreNa ripòra gehaM davAreNa suhRdò gRhama paravizanti sadA santò davAraM nò varjitaM tataH ॥ 2-19-49 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकार्यवन्तॊ गृहान एत्य शत्रुतॊ नार्हणां वयम परतिगृह्णीम तद विद्धि एतन नः शाश्वतं वरतम ॥ २-१९-५० ॥
'Know, O monarch, it is our solemn vow that once we enter the enemy's domain to achieve our goal, we do not accept any worship offered to us!' ॥ 2-19-50 ॥

kAryavantò gRhAna etya zatrutò nArhaNAM vayama paratigRhNIma tada viddhi etana naH zAzvataM varatama ॥ 2-19-50 ॥
