विपरीतगतश्चन्द्रो दशादौ पर्यवस्थितः। स्वोच्चगस्यापि खेटस्य दशा न प्रतिपूजिता॥१८॥

If, at the commencement of a Dasa, the Moon should occupy an untoward house, the lord of the Dasa, though placed in exaltation, will not reciprocate the benefic effects that are ordinarily expected.

viparItagatazcandro dazAdau paryavasthitaH। svoccagasyApi kheTasya dazA na pratipUjitA॥18॥
