The rectified Ayus got from all the planets should be shown in a collective form. The actual contributions derived from each of the several planets should be ascertained in the following manner.

The Dasa-periods obtained through the Bhinnashtakavarga process should be totalled and converted into Ghatikas and this figure should be preserved as it is (without any reduction) for being used as divisor in the case of all planets.

vyastASTavargakadazA caikIbhUtA ghaTakRtA। tameva hAraM sarveSAmanaSTaM sthApayet kvacit॥58॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसमस्ताष्टकनाड्यस्तु भिन्नाष्टकदशाहताः। भागहारहृताल्लब्धं ग्रहस्यायुर्भविष्यति॥५९॥
The total Ashtakavarga Ghatikas referred to above should be multiplied by the several Bhinnashtakavarga Dasa-periods and then divided by the divisor aforesaid. The quotient will reveal the years contributed by the planets.

The days, months and years should be computed as mentioned above. Thus should be calculated the exact periods of Ayus contributed by each of the several planets.
