सति तत्र ग्रहैर्युक्ते गुणयेद्ग्रहसंख्यया। एवं संगुण्य संयोज्य सप्तभिर्गुणयेत्पुनः॥४२॥

If there is a planet also in the Rasi, the number of benefic dots should be multiplied by the planet-multiplier. Having thus multiplied separately and added the products, the result should be multiplied by 7 and divided by 27. The quotient will represent the number in years contributed by the planet.

sati tatra grahairyukte guNayedgrahasaMkhyayA। evaM saMguNya saMyojya saptabhirguNayetpunaH॥42॥
