क्षेत्रे ग्रहस्तनौ वाऽपि सुखभे दशमेऽपि वा। नार्कयुक्तो बली यस्य योगारिष्टं विनश्यति॥५१॥
If a strong planet unassociated with the Sun be posited in the 1st, 4th or 10th house, the Arishta yoga, will be nullified.

अनेकारिष्टयोगेषु बालो जीवति यत्नतः। जातस्य चन्द्रलग्ने तु सर्वग्रहनिरीक्षिते। नश्यन्त्यरिष्टयोगा हि तमिस्रमिव भानुना॥५२॥
When there are many Arishta (harmful) yogas (planetary combinations), the child lives with difficulty; but if the Moon (or the Lagna) be aspected by all the planets, the native's Arishta yogas perish away as darkness does through the Sun.
