मासलक्षणयुक्तश्चेद्गर्भः सुखमवाप्नुयात्। ऊनाधिकगुणांस्तस्य ज्ञात्वा प्रसवमादिशेत्॥२०॥
If the foetus be endowed with the characteristics prescribed for each month, it will develop without any trouble (i. e., if the lords of the months be not be afflicted by malefics and so on). The delivery should be predicted after a careful survey of the strength or otherwise of the presiding planets of the several months.
