अबलः प्रवेशकाले मध्यबलो मध्यमाश्रितश्चन्द्रः। राश्यन्ते बलयुक्तः पूर्णः स्थानेषु सर्वेषु॥६॥
She is weak in the beginning of a Rasi (at the time of entering it), of middling strength when posited in the middle, and strong when posited at the end of a Rasi. She is strong in all houses when she is full.

Mars is said to be strong when he is victorious in a planetary war, when he is retrograde, when he is brilliant, when he is posited in Makara, Kumbha or Meena, in his Southerly course and at night.
