उत्तरपथं प्रयातः प्रदक्षिणं वा ग्रहाणां च। सौम्ययुतो दृष्टो वा सर्वग्रहवीक्षितो बली चन्द्रः॥५॥

When the Moon is towards the North of planets or goes in a clock-wise direction around the planets, or when she is conjoined with or aspected by benefics, or when she is aspected by all the other planets, she becomes strong.
