सौम्यग्रहैर्बलयुतैः सुभगास्तेजस्विनः सुरूपाश्च। सौम्याद्बलिभिः पापैर्मूर्खा पापाः प्रजायन्ते॥३७॥

Benefic planets being strong (uneclipsed also) usher into the world men that are fortunate (amiable), brilliant (valorous) and handsome. If, on the other hand, the malefics are stronger than the benefics, only idiots and sinful persons will be born.
