चन्द्रार्कौ बलयुक्तौ कुजादयः प्रोक्तमार्गबलहीनाः। शुभफलदास्ते सर्वे दशासु योगेषु संचिन्त्याः॥३४॥

If in a nativity the Sun and the Moon are very strong and Mars and others weak according to the rules given above, all the planets are to be considered to yield only good effects in their respective Dasa periods and yogas (by conjunctions or special configurations).

english translation

candrArkau balayuktau kujAdayaH proktamArgabalahInAH। zubhaphaladAste sarve dazAsu yogeSu saMcintyAH॥34॥
