राशिप्रमुखे भानुर्बलवान् मध्याश्रितस्तु मध्यबलः। राश्यन्ते बलहीनः सन्ध्यायां ग्रस्तकाले च॥२॥
He is strong when posited in the initial portion of a Rasi; of medium strength in the middle of a Rasi and weak at the end of it. He is likewise weak during twilights as well as during eclipses.
