ग्रहयुतिदृष्टिविहीनो राशिस्तत्प्रोक्तलक्षणं कुरुते। ग्रहयोगेक्षणयुक्ते ग्रहस्वभावः फलं च वक्तव्यम्॥१३॥
When the Moon is in a Rasi and is not occupied or aspected by any other planet, the effect aforesaid as due to the Rasi alone will apply. But should any planet occupy or aspect the same, its effect also should be predicted.
