दीर्घाङ्गो घटजो घटाकृतितनुः प्रच्छन्नपापे रतो वाचालो बहुपुत्रवानिह सुखी पूर्वार्थहीनोऽटनः। सद्द्वेष्यो बधिरो रुगार्तहृदयः सेर्ष्योऽलसात्मा शठः कामी व्यग्रमतिः स्वकर्मवचनैः क्लेशी परार्थान्वितः॥११॥
The person at whose birth the Moon occupies sign Aquarius will be long-limbed, will have a body similar to a water-pot, will secretly commit sinful deeds. He will be talkative, will have many sons and be happy. He will lose his ancestral property and will be roaming about. He will be hated by the good, will be deaf, and will be troubled by heart-diseases. He will be envious, indolent and perfidious and lustfully-inclined. He will be distracted in mind. He will suffer from his own actions and words and will be utilising other’s wealth.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptचार्वङ्गो बलवानदीनवचनो रोगी प्रवासी सदा स्त्रीजेता बहुदारकोऽति चपलो ज्ञानी सभापूजितः। विख्यातो बहुदारवान्नृपधनी मीनोत्थितः स्यान्नरो हीनाङ्गो रिपुनिर्जितोऽतिनिपुणो दारप्रियो भोगवान्॥१२॥
If at a birth the Moon be in Meena, the person concerned will be beautiful in appearance, possess a strong body, high-spirited in his speech, suffer- ing from disease, living always in foreign places, will control women, will have many children, will be very fickle, learned and respected in an assembly. He will be famous, possess many wives, will become rich through the king. He will be deficient in a limb, will be over-powered by his enemies, very clever, and liked by his wives. He will enjoy all sensual pleasures.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptग्रहयुतिदृष्टिविहीनो राशिस्तत्प्रोक्तलक्षणं कुरुते। ग्रहयोगेक्षणयुक्ते ग्रहस्वभावः फलं च वक्तव्यम्॥१३॥
When the Moon is in a Rasi and is not occupied or aspected by any other planet, the effect aforesaid as due to the Rasi alone will apply. But should any planet occupy or aspect the same, its effect also should be predicted.
