पक्षद्वये चाल्पफलानि दद्युस्ताराबलर्क्षेषु शुभप्रदाः स्युः। शुभग्रहालोकितसंयुतास्ताः समस्तवीर्याः सकला भवन्ति॥२८॥

The effects of birth in either of the Pakshas are negligible, while those derivable from the asterisms will bring in luck if they are auspicious to the native. If the stars aforesaid be conjoined with or aspected by benefic planets, they become fully beneficial.

english translation

pakSadvaye cAlpaphalAni dadyustArAbalarkSeSu zubhapradAH syuH। zubhagrahAlokitasaMyutAstAH samastavIryAH sakalA bhavanti॥28॥
