वक्ता सुखी प्रजावान् स्थिरशत्रुर्धार्मिको बिभीतश्च। लुब्धो बलार्थनिरतो द्वितीयभाद्रासु जायते मनुजः॥२६॥
He who is born under the star उत्तराभाद्रा—Uttarabhadra—will be clever in speaking, happy, possess children, will always have enemies, be virtuous and exceedingly timid. He will be greedy and specially interested in hoarding wealth.

vaktA sukhI prajAvAn sthirazatrurdhArmiko bibhItazca। lubdho balArthanirato dvitIyabhAdrAsu jAyate manujaH॥26॥

The man born in the star-रेवती will live his full age, will be liked by all, will be hen-pecked, possessed of self-respect and pride. He will be spirited energetic, and spiteful.

saMpUrNAyuH subhago vazagaH strINAM svamAnadarpayutaH। manasi pratApabahulo mAtsaryayuto bhavet pauSNe॥27॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपक्षद्वये चाल्पफलानि दद्युस्ताराबलर्क्षेषु शुभप्रदाः स्युः। शुभग्रहालोकितसंयुतास्ताः समस्तवीर्याः सकला भवन्ति॥२८॥
The effects of birth in either of the Pakshas are negligible, while those derivable from the asterisms will bring in luck if they are auspicious to the native. If the stars aforesaid be conjoined with or aspected by benefic planets, they become fully beneficial.

If girls are born under the stars आर्द्रा Ardra, Aslesha—आश्लेषा, Satabhishak—शतभिषक्, Pushya—पुष्य, Moola—मूला, Chittra—चित्रा, Jyeshta—ज्येष्ठा, and Krittika—कृतिका, they are to be avoided as they will engender sorrow through brothers, sons, etc., or death, consumption or strife.

ardrAzleSAvAruNAtiSyamUlAzcitrAjyeSThakRttikA varjanIyAH। strINAM sUtau bhrAtRputrAdizokaM mRtyuM zoSaM vigrahaM cApi vidyAt॥29॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपितृजन्मर्क्षे पुत्रा जाताश्चेन्मातुरन्तका ज्ञेयाः। तद्वत्पितुरन्तकरा मातुर्जनिभे न तु स्त्रीणाम्॥३०॥
Sons born in their father’s Nakshatras at birth cause the death of their mother; similarly, if they be born in their mothers’ Nakshatras, they bring about the death of their fathers. This does not apply to births of girls in similar circumstances.
