विंशत्यष्टादशरविमनुभूपालः स्मृतिर्दिशः सूर्यात्। किरणानां संख्याः स्युः पूर्वोक्तास्ते मयात्र निर्दिष्टाः॥२८॥

The Kiranas or rays of the several planets from the Sun onwards are represented by the numbers : 20, 18, 12, 14, 8, 18, and 10. This is as stated by ancient authors, and I have only repeated them here.
