अर्कोदये तु होरायां द्रेक्काणे भास्करस्य वा। ग्रीष्मे जातं विजानीयान्नान्यग्रहदृशा युते॥१०॥

If the Lagna, Hora or Drekkana rising at the time of query belong to the Sun, and be not (conjoined with or) aspected by any other planet, it should be understood that the querist should have been born in the Greeshma Ritu.
