If the 4th house be occupied by many planets, and the lord of the Lagna be conjoined with the lord of the 8th, the death of the person concerned will happen at a time when many others also have their exit from the world, and this will be a certainty.

english translation

yadi bahulagrahayukte hibuke lagnezvare'STamezayute। bahujanamaraNAvasare nidhanaM jAtasya nizcitaM brUyAt॥40॥
