भौमार्कजौ यदि परस्परमंशयातौ क्षेत्रेऽथवा निधनभागयुते च केन्द्रे। तस्यावसानसमये क्षितिपालकोपा- च्छूलादिकायुधकृतं निधनं समेति॥३७॥

If, at a person’s birth, Mars and Saturn occupy Navamsas or Rasis owned by each other and are in Kendra positions, as well as in fateful degrees, the person will at his end incur the displeasure of the sovereign and suffer death by being impaled at the stake or by some other instrument of execution.

english translation

bhaumArkajau yadi parasparamaMzayAtau kSetre'thavA nidhanabhAgayute ca kendre। tasyAvasAnasamaye kSitipAlakopA- cchUlAdikAyudhakRtaM nidhanaM sameti॥37॥
