अर्केन्दू लग्नगतौ द्विदेहभवनेषु पापयुतदृष्टौ। कुरुतः प्राणविनाशं जलमध्ये निश्चितं ब्रूयात्॥१६॥
When the two luminaries (the Sun and the Moon) occupy the Lagna identical with a dual sign and aspected by or conjoined with a malefic planet, they bring about the death of the person concerned in the midst of water invariably.

arkendU lagnagatau dvidehabhavaneSu pApayutadRSTau। kurutaH prANavinAzaM jalamadhye nizcitaM brUyAt॥16॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptहिबुकास्तदशमसंस्थैः सौरेन्दुधरासुतैः क्रमान्नियतम्। वृक्षाग्रे कूपे वा मरणं नृृणां विनिर्देश्यम्॥१७॥
If Saturn, the Moon and Mars respectively occupy the 4th, the 7th and the 10th houses in a nativity, death will be by a fall from the top of a tree or in a well.

hibukAstadazamasaMsthaiH saurendudharAsutaiH kramAnniyatam। vRkSAgre kUpe vA maraNaM nRRNAM vinirdezyam॥17॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptभौमार्कजभवनेन्दो पापद्वयमध्यगे न सौम्ययुते। कन्यायां वा हिमगौ रज्वाऽशनिपातशस्त्रदोषैर्वा॥१८॥
When the Moon is in a house owned by Mars or Saturn and is hemmed in betwixt two malefics and is not conjoined with a benefic, for when the Moon occupies sign Kanya, the death of the person concerned will be by a rope, a fall of thunderbolt or a hit from a weapon.

bhaumArkajabhavanendo pApadvayamadhyage na saumyayute। kanyAyAM vA himagau rajvA'zanipAtazastradoSairvA॥18॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसुखदशमसथैः पापैः सौम्यैर्निधनोदयस्थितैस्तस्य। शूलप्रोतान्मरणं हृच्छूलाद्वा न सन्देहः॥१९॥
If malefics occupy the 4th and 10th houses, and benefics be posited in the 8th and the 1st houses, the death of the person concerned will happen through impalement or by an acute pain in the chest.

sukhadazamasathaiH pApaiH saumyairnidhanodayasthitaistasya। zUlaprotAnmaraNaM hRcchUlAdvA na sandehaH॥19॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसौरे हिमगौ व्ययगे रिपुरन्ध्रगतेऽथवा सुखे वाऽपि। निधनं वारिनिधौ स्यान्निधने पापद्वयान्तःस्थे॥२०॥
If Saturn and the Moon occupy the 12th, the 6th, the 8th or the 4th house, the demise of the person may happen in the sea. The same will be the case if the lord of the 8th house (or the 8th house itself) be betwixt two malefics.
