वृश्चिकमवनतदंशे पाण्डुग्रहिणीप्लिहादिदोषवश्चात्। वृक्षजलशस्त्रकाष्ठैश्चापांशे पापसंयुते मृत्युः॥१०॥

If the Navamsa or Rasi be Vrischika, the cause of death will be jaundice, enlargement of the spleen aud the like. When it is the Dhanur Rasi or Navamsa and a malefic be posited therein, death will be due to a tree, water, weapon or wood.
