सौम्येऽष्टमस्थे कन्याया भर्त्तुः पूर्वं मृतिर्भवेत्। पापसौम्ययुते तस्मिन् समकाले तयोर्मृतिः॥४६॥

If a benefic planet be in the 8th house, the demise of the female concerned will occur prior to that of her husband. If the 8th house be occupied by planets—both benefic and malefic—their exit from the world will be simultaneous.

english translation

saumye'STamasthe kanyAyA bharttuH pUrvaM mRtirbhavet। pApasaumyayute tasmin samakAle tayormRtiH॥46॥
