काव्यकलासु विदग्धो धनवान् बुधचन्द्रयोः समायोगे। सहजव्ययारिनिधनेष्वन्येष्वभयं च निःस्वतां याति॥११॥
When the Moon and Mercury combine in any one of the houses, viz., 3rd, 12th, 6th and 8th, the person born will be very clever in poetry and the arts, and he will possess wealth. If they be together in any of the other houses, the person concerned will be free from fear, and will become indigent.

kAvyakalAsu vidagdho dhanavAn budhacandrayoH samAyoge। sahajavyayArinidhaneSvanyeSvabhayaM ca niHsvatAM yAti॥11॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptगुरुचन्द्रयोगजातो धनवान् सुतदारवान् विनीतश्च। सर्वत्र फलं प्रोक्तं मुक्त्वा सहजारिमं तयोर्नीचम्॥१२॥
When the Moon and Jupiter are together in a single house, the person born will be rich, possess wife and children and will be well-behaved. The same will be the effect in all houses except the 3rd the 6th and the depression house of either of them.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptक्रयविक्रयेषु कुशलो वस्त्राद्युपभोगवान् धनाध्यक्षः। शिशिरकरशुक्रयोगे दशभे व्ययभे विदेशतोऽर्थाप्तिः॥१३॥
When the Moon and Venus occupy together the 10th house, the person born will be clever in the selling and buying of things; he will wear good clothes and enjoy life and be very wealthy; and if in the 12th house, he will get wealth from foreign countries.

When Mars and Saturn occupy together the 9th, the 5th, the 4th, the 10th or the 2nd house, the person born will be endowed with children, relations, virtue and wealth. When they occupy together houses other than those mentioned above, the person born will be unlucky and dirty.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptशीतांशुमन्दयोगे दुर्बलदेहोऽतिनीचकर्मरतः। मातृद्वेषी मूर्खो ह्युपचयभवनेषु सर्वसम्पन्नः॥१५॥
When the Moon and Saturn combine in a single house, the person born will have a weak body, will be intent on doing base acts, will hate his mother and will be a fool. If the aforesaid planets occupy any one of the Upachaya houses, the person concerned will be endowed with all comforts.
