राजयोगेषु ये जाता निहीनास्तेऽपि पार्थिवाः। राजवंशोद्भवास्तेषु भवेयुर्भूमिपालकाः॥२८॥

Persons born under Raja Yogas though of low origin will yet become kings, while those born in a royal family under similar Yogas will become emperors and rule over the earth.

english translation

rAjayogeSu ye jAtA nihInAste'pi pArthivAH। rAjavaMzodbhavAsteSu bhaveyurbhUmipAlakAH॥28॥
