Hora Sara
Should a birth occur in day (as opposed to night), the Ascendant and all the planets being situated in odd signs and the Moon be waxing, the person born is said to have भाग्य योग Bhagya Yoga, if he be a male. The same Yoga should be declared in the case of female births, when the birth takes place in the night with all the the planets inclusive of the Ascendant posited in the even signs, and the Moon waxing. (अन्यथा is purposely not utilised in the case of waxing Moon to mean it as waning Moon, as I believe waxing Moon is an essential condition for भाग्ययोग for both the sexes. The distinction is brought about only in the birth being in day or night and planets being in odd or even signs as already explained in the Sloka.)
