उपचयसंस्थैः सौम्यैः क्रूरैर्लग्नाश्रितैः खमध्यं वा। जातो भवत्यवश्यं धरणीश्वरवन्दितो नयज्ञश्च॥२३॥

When all the benefic planets occupy the Upachaya (3, 6, 10, and 11) houses, and the malefics, the 1st or the 10th house, the person born will without doubt become a king saluted by other chiefs and be skilled in politics.
