चपलो विघातकुशलो रक्ताक्षः पैत्तिकोऽग्निशस्त्राङ्कः। विकृतस्वरोऽतिशौर्यः कृशोदरोऽङ्गारको विनीतश्च॥२६॥
Mars is fickle-minded, expert in striking or killing others (or even creating obstacles), red-eyed, of a bilious nature, marked with fire and weapons, of queer (cruel) voice, very valorous, and modest (well-trained). He is slender-waisted.

श्यामेक्षणो नयज्ञो मध्याकारः स्थिरास्थिरोहृष्टः। बहुवार्त्तान्वितहास्यो विद्वान् सौम्यस्त्रिदोषसंयुक्तः॥२७॥
Mercury has dark eyes, is well-versed in politics, of medium size or height, partly firm and partly fickle, jolly, humorous, being enriched with all sorts of information, learned and of the nature of the three humours.

स्थूलात्मा दीर्घतनुर्मध्याक्षो बुद्धिमान् नयज्ञश्च। श्लेष्माधिकोऽतिवाग्मी पीतान्बरभूषणो गुरुः श्रेष्ठः॥२८॥
Jupiter has a corpulent and long (tall) body, moderate eyes, is intelligent, well versed in politics, has bile prominent in his constitution, is very eloquent, is adorned with yellow clothes and ornaments and is noble.

कान्तः सुभगः शुक्रो वातश्लेष्माधिको विशालमतिः। स्थूलवपुः स्त्रीवशगो विकटाक्षो वञ्चनस्वभावतः॥२९॥
Venus is amiable, attractive (lovely ), of the nature of wind and bile, broad-minded, corpulent, hen-pecked, of uncouth eyes, and by nature given to fraud.

स्थूलनखदन्तकेशो मायावी दीर्घबाहुपादश्च। वातात्मकः सिरालुर्मन्दोऽप्यलसो न शान्तमतिः॥३०॥
Saturn has very prominent nails and teeth, thick and rough hair, is deceptive by nature, of long hands and feet, bilious in constitution, full of veins, lazy and of a disturbed or cruel mind.
