मीनाश्रितसौम्यदशा प्रशस्तवेदार्थशास्त्रपारगतम्। धर्मादिचिन्तनपरं प्रधानजनवल्लभं कुरुते॥१९॥

When Mercury is in Meena and his Dasa is in progess, the native will be engaged in the exposition of the Vedas and will be commended by all. His mind will be bent on doing virtuous acts and he will thus become the chief friend of the people.
