चन्द्रदशान्वितकाले मन्त्री नृपसंमतोऽतिमानी स्यात्। देवद्विजमन्त्राद्यैर्धनवान्विनयान्वितः कलाज्ञश्च॥७॥
When the Moon's Dasa is in progress, the person concerned will become a friend of the king and become his counsellor and highly honoured. He will get wealth through divine favor, Brahmins, spells, etc. He will possess modesty and will be skilled in the arts.
