Naḍis located at the left and right are known as tāmasa and rajasa respectively. iḍa is of the nature of moon and pingala is of the nature of sun.

रीढ़ की हड्डियाँ एक वीणा के समान होती हैं, जिसमें कुलपर्वत (पहाड़) स्थित होते हैं। पिंगला नाड़ी गंगा है, जबकि इड़ा यमुना है।

Suṣumna is sarasvati. Other (naḍis) flow downwards. The seven dhatus (body constituents) are dvipas (islands) replete with saliva, sweat etc.

सुषुम्ना ही सरस्वती है. अन्य नाड़ियाँ नीचे की ओर बहती हैं। सात धातुएँ (शरीर के घटक) लार, पसीने आदि से परिपूर्ण द्वीप हैं।

Kalagni (fire) is located at the base (muladhara), while chandra (moon) is located in the forehead. The wise should similarly locate other stars also.

कालाग्नि (अग्नि) आधार (मूलाधार) में स्थित है, जबकि चंद्र (चंद्रमा) माथे में स्थित है। बुद्धिमानों को इसी प्रकार अन्य तारों का भी पता लगाना चाहिए।
