Among these three naḍis are of great significance, out of which one is the most important. soma and surya are situated in ida and pingala ( respectively ).

Suṣumna is sarasvati. Other (naḍis) flow downwards. The seven dhatus (body constituents) are dvipas (islands) replete with saliva, sweat etc.

सुषुम्ना ही सरस्वती है. अन्य नाड़ियाँ नीचे की ओर बहती हैं। सात धातुएँ (शरीर के घटक) लार, पसीने आदि से परिपूर्ण द्वीप हैं।

Kalagni (fire) is located at the base (muladhara), while chandra (moon) is located in the forehead. The wise should similarly locate other stars also.
