इडायाः पिङ्गलायाश्च सुषुम्णायाश्च मध्यतः I प्रज्ञावताङ्गुलिं दत्वा ग्रन्थिमध्यं समुच्छिनेत् II२-१३१II
The wise should place a finger at the center of iḍā, pingalā and susumnā and cut the center of the knot.
