अथ चक्रिकर्म' – पायुनाले प्रसार्यार्द्धमंगुलीं भ्रामयेदभीः I यावद् गुद विकासः स्याच्चक्रिकर्म निगद्यते ॥१-२९॥
One should insert the half-length of the finger in the anus by opening it and move the finger round until the anal sphincters are fully relaxed. This is cakri-karma.

उंगली को आधी लंबाई तक खोलकर गुदा में डालना चाहिए और उंगली को तब तक गोल-गोल घुमाना चाहिए जब तक कि गुदा दबानेवाला यंत्र पूरी तरह से शिथिल न हो जाए। यह चक्री-कर्म है.
