अथ स्थूलध्यानम् । स्वकीयहृदये ध्यायेत्सुधासागरमुत्तमम् । तन्मध्ये रत्नद्वीपं तु सुरत्नवालुकामयम् ॥६-२॥

While meditating on the beautiful ocean of nectar in your heart region, you should meditate on the sandy island full of gems in the middle of it.

english translation

अपने हृदय प्रदेश में अमृत रूपी उत्तम समुद्र का ध्यान करते हुए उसके बीच ( समुद्र के ) में रत्नों से परिपूर्ण बालुकामय ( बालु रेत के ) के द्वीप अर्थात् टापू का ध्यान करना चाहिए ।
