Gherand Samhita
मूलाऽऽधारे यथा हंसस्तथा हि हृदि पङ्कजे । तथा नासापुटद्वन्द्वे त्रिभिर्हंससमागमः ॥५-८७॥
The movement of 'Hans' (Ham and Sa) mentioned above comes and goes through the Muladhar Chakra, the heart region and both the nostrils i.e. the confluence of these three.

ऊपर वर्णित ‘हंस’ ( हं व स ) का आवागमन मूलाधार चक्र में, हृदय प्रदेश में व दोनों नासिका छिद्रों अर्थात् इन तीनों के संगम से होकर आता- जाता है ।
