During Bhramari Pranayama, the yogi should listen to the auspicious sound (auspicious sound) from his right ear. In this he first hears the sound of crickets and then the sound of flute.

भ्रामरी प्राणायाम के समय योगी अपने दायें कान से शुभ नाद ( मंगलकारी ध्वनि ) को सुने । इसमें उसे पहले झींगुरों की ध्वनि व उसके बाद वंशी ( बासुंरी ) की ध्वनि सुनाई देती है ।
