पुनः सूर्येण चाऽकृष्य कुम्भयित्वा यथाविधि । रेचयित्वा साधयेत्तु क्रमेण च पुनः पुनः ॥५-६७॥
After this, again fill the air inside through the right nostril and exhale it while holding it inside according to the same method. Thus, the seeker should practice this Suryabhedi Pranayam again and again.

इसके बाद फिर से दायीं नासिका से वायु को अन्दर भरकर उसे उसी विधि के अनुसार अन्दर ही रोकते हुए बाहर निकाल दें । इस प्रकार साधक को इस सूर्यभेदी प्राणायाम का बार- बार अभ्यास करना चाहिए ।
